Between a computer that is slower than molasses in January, a temperamental Foxfire and various issues with Adobe, my post on New Year’s Eve options has been seriously amended.
I had plans to feature copies of the actual menus – much easier than inputting it all by hand. Or so I thought.
Instead, this post will be contain the basics of the places that WFF thinks will be a great way to welcome 2017.
Fortunately, I have pictures of some of the featured dishes.

A Five-Course Dinner w/wine pairings that includes some of Janos’ most beloved dishes including this outstanding stuffed quail with chorizo bread pudding.
There’s also eight-hour ancho and red wine braised short ribs.

$150 per person (20% goes to Ronald McDonald Charities of Southern Arizona.
Sister restaurant, Downtown Kitchen & Cocktails has 2 choices: a 3-course dinner with such delights as Crab Rundown from the islands to hot Russian Borscht to duck tagine with chickpeas, tomatoes and olives.
North’s menu includes several of my favorites: arancini,
Bolognese with tagliatelle and the salted caramel budino.
No surprise that Kingfisher has some plans for NYE that include house favorites, oysters and live music.
Tavolino also has some specials on the menu as well as the regular menu.
