After a well-deserved break the team at The Carriage House is back with the return of Dim Sum & Then some Sundays.
Cooking classes and demonstrations/dinners are also on the menu.
On Saturday July 23rd, Chef Marianne Banes of Kingfisher will hold a hands-on pie and tart baking class.
Janos will be teaching a “Culinary Boot Camp” where you can learn knife skills, stock making, how to break down a chicken and more.
Then there are the demo classes and dinners that are tied in with the three Cities of Gastronomy World Tour that are happening all summer long at Downtown Kitchen & Cocktails.
