In the coming months, the restaurants at Casino del Sol –there are four of them- are pulling out all the stops as far as dining goes. Plus, they will be sharing their knowledge in most interesting ways.
First, from April to December they will be having a series of Celebration Menus that highlight specific seasonal ingredients.

Dessert: Sugar grilled asparagus
Then on Saturdays the chefs at each of the restaurants will hold monthly Chef Demos, highlighting the monthly featured ingredient.
The demos are from 1:00pm-3:00pm in front of Ume &The Tequila Factory.
